"Kālidāsa’s Shakuntala and Shakespeare’s " by Mohan Limaye
My dear friend Mohan Limaye has written a thoughtful article on one of his favorite playwrights, Shakuntala. He has taught "The Clay Cart" to his classes and he and I had the great fortune to see it performed at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in 2008. Here is Mohan's article.
